Hesjedalshaugen is located on the Norddal-Stranda municipality border, in Norddal's south-west corner, close to road 63. The top is tucked in between much higher neighbours like Skorene and Eidshornet, and hence offers very limited views. On the other hand you will have excellent views to these much higher mountains, and this in itself justifies a visit.
