Masdalhornet is the
highest point on a large plateau located on the east side of
Vartdalsfjorden. The summit is located far north-west on this plateau,
with steep slopes on all sides except south-east.
The views from the summit are very nice, both to fjord and islands, and
also towards higher Ørsta mountains.
