From the junction between roads 61 and 654 on the island Gurskøya, approximately 18.7 km south on road 61 from the ferry port at Hareid:
- Drive 600 metres and turn right where signed for "Aldersheim".
- Drive 300 metres straight ahead, and park on the right hand side of the road where a road signed for "Eldreboliger" turns left.
Start your hike by following the road in the direction of "Eldreboliger" 100 metres. Turn right through an opening in the fence and then a little left in order to gain the small ridge. There's a path along this ridge, but it's very vague in the beginning. However, it soon gets more defined, and you follow this path along Rambjøra's south-west ridge, all the way to the trigonometric point marker at the summit.
Descend by reversing your ascent route.
The sixth and final hike of the day, and after a little messing around at the start of the hike I enjoyed an easy walk to this small top. At the summit I was a little positively surprised of the views, and probably had my longest summit stop of the day.
Back at the car I figured out I had just enough time to be more or less spot on for a ferry from Hareid, and hence skipped any temptations in the form of Coke or chocolate along the way. Better to save the energy intake for an extra beer when back home, together with an ace bacalao prepared by Elisabeth.
